Apostle Gilbert Coleman Jr.

Overseer

Dr. Gilbert Coleman walks in the anointing of the Apostle
while serving as the Overseer of the Freedom Christian
Bible Fellowship in Philadelphia, PA and Presiding Bishop
of the Freedom Worldwide Covenant Ministries. After
pastoring Freedom for thirty years, the Lord expanded Dr.
Coleman's assignment to be a leader to leaders.
Dr. Coleman has always desired to see men fulfill their
God-given role as spiritual leaders and still maintains that
conviction. Transforming The Minds of Men will always be
a large part of this servant's responsibilities; however,
there comes a time when we all must answer the call to
new seasons of ministry. The Lord's assignment for Dr.
Coleman, in this season, is to empower leaders and
strengthen churches to engage the culture and manifest
the Kingdom of God in all the Earth.
Dr. Coleman has studied at New Life Bible Institute and
Eastern Theological Seminary. He has been blessed to
shepherd churches both nationally and internationally,
while still being a husband for over thirty years to Deborah
A. Coleman, a father, a grandfather, and a great
grandfather. Dr. Coleman's resume is extensive and he is
credited as an author, a vocalist, and a songwriter for
gospel recording artist, Tamika Patton.
Countless lives have been touched by this servant, yet in
this era, God is calling him to empower and inspire even
the more. Dr. Coleman is one of the premier anointed
voices being used to impact the masses and manifest the
Kingdom of God on Earth and he humbly and graciously
accepts how God is using him in this season.

Rashiid K. Coleman

Senior Pastor

Rashiid is known by many as a “young man with an old soul”. His wisdom and insight have proven valuable to countless numbers of people from all walks of life. Rashiid is known in many places, foreign and domestic, as a teacher, minister, public speaker, counselor, mentor and friend.

His heart’s passion is to inspire and challenge people to maximize their potential and to fulfill their goals and dreams. Rashiid has taken this influence to places as far as Chennai and Kerala, India, and Uganda, Africa where he has witnessed thousands grow beyond their circumstances and cultural beliefs.

He made the difficult decision to resign from the employ of a major pharmaceutical giant in 1999 to dedicate himself to the ministry of serving and developing people. His desire to empower people is a driving force in his life and he is fulfilled in his serving others.

Rashiid K. Coleman is very happily married to Shelia, his wife in 1998. They have two beautiful children, Caleb and Kyla. He is dedicated to the health and fulfillment of his family. He is also the newly installed senior pastor of Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship, a thriving and progressive church located in Philadelphia, from which he hails.

His heart’s desire is to fulfill the will of God and to complete His work. His ministry focus is the spreading of the gospel of the kingdom of God. His understanding of the scriptures and his spiritual acuity are well beyond his years and he intends to utilize these gifts for the betterment of humanity. He has facilitated seminars and community meetings as well as participated in workshops and conferences where he has had tremendous impact in the lives of those in attendance, and he intends to do so until his dying breath.

He is progressive and contemporary in every way and influences evolution and expansion in the lives of all those he has had the privilege of encountering along his journey. He is a man committed to results and his determination is unparalleled. He will not rest until he has emptied himself of all God has placed within him.

Dwayne A Cuff, Sr.

Minister, Church Administrator

Dwayne Alexander Cuff Sr. has worked in a variety of career fields and served in a variety of leadership roles.  
A Big Ten College football player at the University of Wisconsin and captain of various sports teams, he followed his passion into criminal justice. For 11 years, he served on the Philadelphia Police Department three of which on the elite SWAT Team Squad, where he received several commendations for valor and bravery.
Subsequently, he followed another passion, photography, working first as a team member of Barksdale School Portraits and later as the sole proprietor of Dwayne Alexander Photography. There, he honed his entrepreneurial skills. Specifically, he developed and managed marketing strategies and plans, handled all financial, banking, and tax matters for the business, photographed high quality images for internet distribution, captured high quality family, individual, and event portraits, and delivered high quality photographs that met clientele standards in a timely manner.
Dwayne started as a member of Freedom in 2003.  Married to his beautiful bride, Tara, in 2006.  They are committed to seeing God's manifestation on earth.
Dwayne has functioned in many roles in his church, including armor bearer, teaching at Manor Care facilities and prisons, officiated a funeral, Board of Directors member and chapel speaker for Phil-Mont Christian Academy.  He also operates as a Licensed Youth Minister since 2017 and Church Administrator at Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship in 2019.
Along the way, he has gained insight into how a church can foster better relationship with the community, have good accountability and good transparency while guiding the body to a deeper relationship with the Lord.  
He is devoted to church leadership integrity, church body sensitivity, and church financial strength.  He is not only currently in school for Biblical Studies at Cairn University but also continuing to develop his skills set for administrator taking other webinars to increase knowledge.
Dwayne is committed to helping the church become the best stewards of God’s resources.

Lucille Summers

Minister

Lucille Summers, known as Lucy by her church family, serves
as a minister and council leader at Freedom Christian Bible
Fellowship, of which she has been a member for over 25 yrs.  
She has served in the Women's Ministry, as teacher and leader
of the Christian Education Council and currently serves as
Administration Council Leader.

She has a passion for teaching the Word of God, exhorting,
and praying for and with her brothers and sisters in Christ.

Raheem David

Minister

Raheem grew up in Philadelphia with a rough start, making some bad decisions due to insufficient guidance. He states, "My lack of knowledge and perceived opportunity, led me down some wrong path". Thankfully, during late adolescence Raheem was afforded some key opportunities that changed the trajectory of his life drastically.

1. He accepted Christ in 1999
2. He  started a career in carpentry, which lead to starting two businesses, residential
remodeling and real estate investing
3. He married my beautiful and brilliant wife, which produced 3 of our 5 children.

Since his spiritual journey began Raheem taught elementary and middle school students in the Word of God, feeding the homeless and misfortunate throughout the city; both spiritually and physically, for 10 years. Beautifying homes throughout the tri-state area and the south. Currently, he is a minister, and lead the Evangelism Council at Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship, which he loves to do. The council serves the Philadelphia Prison population, and some local senior facilities.
Raheem likes to play pinochle, golf, get massages, hosting gatherings for family and friends, personal development, and serving others. Raheem's faith and family are everything to him!

Theodis Odum

Minister

Theodis  joined the army in 1963.  He was  given a choice by Judge Juanita Stout to do something positive but do not come before her again so he went into the service. Theodis volunteered for airborne.  On August 19th 1965 Theodis was headed to Viet-Nam for a one year tour and first introduction to drugs and a lifestyle that would last for the next thirty five years. It was during that time Theodis would spend almost two years on the chain gang in North Carolina, after getting out he wanted to do the right thing so I went to college only to go for one year and back to the life style.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
On the morning of May 3rd 1990 Theodis made an intelligent decision. He decided not to live that lifestyle anymore.  He has been clean ever since. Theodis credits his journey in staying clean to an invitation from a lady to FreedomChristian Bible Fellowship. Theodis will never forget that day. It was on January 7th 1992 on his birthday when he  joined F.C.B.F.  He started New begins Class and never missed a class.  After graduating he joined a ministry Springs of Living Water which ministered to people who had problems with drugs addictions. On Saturdays he would serve on the Life Line ministry answering the phones, taking messages and praying with people.  Theodis was appointed to serve on the deacon ministry which he served in for years. Theodis currently  serves in the capacity of a minister/servant of the Lord.                            
Theodis has been blessed to be at Freedom his whole salvation experience.  He is grateful to have people who accepted and loved his for who God made him to be and around a fellowship who has nurtured and guided him into the person he is today.

Barbara Thomas

Minister

Barbara has been a member of Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship for 19 years. She serves on the Minister staff.

Barbara has previously served as Ministry Leader of Christian Education Department also Council Leader of the same.

Barbara's passion is Teaching not only the word of God but coaching others especially Women to live free and Victorious lives.

Karin L Woodland

Minister

Karin has been an ordained and licensed Minister and a Masters level Social Worker, ordained under Bishop Eric Lambert and Pastor Tony Pritchett. She received her Masters’ degree from the University of Pennsylvania and also is the President/CEO of the Cobbs Creek Prayer Band, Inc. (CCPB) which is a 501(c3) organization, founded by Addie Mae Smith.

Karin is driven by her compassion and empathy to assist those who are often marginalized by society.  Her calling purposes is to redirect individuals towards Gods’ purpose, plan and destiny for their lives, and become unhindered by societies image of who they are.  

Karin has 25years of ministry experience as well as experience in mental health, drug and alcohol, sexual abuse, conflict resolution and customer service.

Currently, Karin is ministering to inmates in 6 State Correctional Institutions, and widows from Hilton Head Island, SC to Flushing, NY. Ministering through letters, phone calls, greeting cards and in-person communications.  She also served as the Christian Education Council Leader at Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship Church, becoming much more involved with the CCPB Ministry.

Loretta E. Washington

Minister

Loretta Elaine Washington, serving joyfully at Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship Church with beloved Pastor Rashiid K. Coleman and Apostle Gilbert Coleman, Jr.  As a minister Loretta's primary function is  a Member Care Provider(MCP).  As a MCP Loretta has members assigned to her that she will keep in contact with them, along with other members that are missed or as the Holy Spirit leads.  Loretta serves with Prison Ministry Team by ministering at prisons in County Northeast Philly and Youth at Juvenile Justice Center West Philly.  She is a Pen Pal, currently, writing six Inmates Residents in Pennsylvania State Prisons through God inspired ministry GMM (God's Mail Ministry).  Loretta mails spiritual as well as informative information, literature, books, cards, DVD. CD's etc. She is the sixth child out of 12 children and is  a proud wife of one husband, Mom, Mom-in-love and Grandmother.

Camille Johnson

Minister

Minister Camille Johnson is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, mother, grandmother, published book author, play producer, owner of Decipher Book publishing company, mentor, life coach, ,president of Prepared Place Ministries(501c3), Executive Director of CHILL OUT Prison Inmate Re Establishment Program, Notary and PA State Licensed Realtor.  

Licensed and ordained in 2003 as Senior Evangelist and Assistant Pastor at Full Reconciliation Christian Center in Trenton, NJ. Minister Johnson has operated in many roles of ministry that include Deaconess, Mentor, Flow Praise Dance Manager, Dwelling Place Homeownership Program and more.  Conferences, Retreats, Revivals and workshops are the platforms that God has used her to impart healing, hope and health to men and woman across Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware. She currently serves at Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship under the leadership of Pastor Rashiid Coleman and oversight of Apostle Gilbert Coleman Jr.
In addition, Camille has a special burden to assist low to moderate income families living in subsidized housing, shelters, rehabilitation facilities and prisons to conquer and overcome the many barriers to basic life skills, credit repair, savings, budgeting and the homeownership process.
Camille is the President and CEO of Prepared Place Ministries a non-profit organization.  Camille is a PA state licensed Real Estate agent who passionately serves as a “buyer/seller advocate” who specializes in organizing and facilitating workshops, client follow up implementing community grant programs and scholarship subsidies.
Camille has a heart and compassion to see people succeed in accomplishing their goals.  She possess an enthusiasm that encourages the discouraged gently equipping them to the take the steps necessary to achieve their goals.  She works hard to establish linkages that aid her in fulfilling her mission to walk individuals and families to their “Prepared Place”. (John 14:2-3)
Camille published her first released book “Miracles” that can be found on Amazon, Barnes and Nobles and other book media companies. “Miracles” is her depiction of the true stories that illustrate some of the supernatural God illustrated occurrences that happened in her life. She emphasizes having faith in God as the medium for all to overcome every barrier that life presents. Additionally, she is the owner of Decipher Book Publishing Company that specializes in publishing the writings of current offenders and ex offenders.
Minster Johnson also serves as the Executive Producer for A.C.T. Out- (Actively Cultivating Talents) Play Production Company. ACT Out is a all ex offender production company that brings to life the writings of offenders and ex offenders and provides a platform for them to act, sing, dance and utilize their God given talents to bring a voice to the trials experienced by offenders and ex offenders.  Past Productions include “Cocoon: The Transformation of a Woman”, “God’s Forever Love Heals All Pain” and currently producing Living Life after Death” to hit the theatre.
She is currently the Executive Director of the CHILL OUT Prison Re Establishment Program.  CHILL OUT (Character, Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty and Leadership Operating Under Transition)  is a 12 week faith based life skills/mentoring program that serves currently incarcerated women and men by aiding them in transforming their mind and changing negative decisions that led to incarceration..

Ultimately, this woman loves God and strives to please Him in her everyday endeavors via any venue that He allows.  

Yolonda Jefferson

Minister

Yolanda Jefferson has devoted her life to God in true worship and desire to be used to motivate, inspire, and arouse the Body of Christ to worship God in Spirit and in Truth.

Minister Yolanda gave her life to Christ twenty-four years ago and has been ministering and teaching the word of God for 18 year.  Yolanda joined Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship January 2007.  Yolanda’s passion is to teach God’s word to the saved and unsaved.

Darryl Outen

Minister

Darryl Outen was born and raised in Philadelphia and was raised as a member of Morning Star Holiness Church. Darryl was baptized and received the gift of the Holy Ghost at age fifteen. As a young man he accepted his call to music ministry, playing with several artists, including Mattie Moss Clark, Twinkie Clark and Kirk Franklin.
During the years he was a member at Morning Star Darryl was installed as a Deacon and later as a minister and finally pastor over the ministry at the New Jersey location. He later became a licensed International Minister graduating from Jamison School of Ministry. Darryl and his family transitioned over to Koach Bethel in 2007, under the leadership of Bishop J. Knight, where he has served as presiding Elder for three years. Currently Darryl serves as a minister at Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship where he and his wife Stephanie oversee the marriage ministry. With a passion for expounding and teaching the word of God, Darryl’s true calling is to bring healing to hurting men and women and to strengthen the family bond through couples ministry.
Outside of ministry, Darryl’s present occupation is working as an Area Manager Supervisor for The Philadelphia Housing Authority’s Major Systems Department. Over the last thirty years Darryl has managed a staff of sixty employees at several housing developments that occupy upwards of 700 families, servicing over 2,000 residents. His primary responsibility includes meeting all HUD regulations, through Preventive Maintenance Service and UPCS Inspections as well as insuring the maintenance repairs and buildings structures are up to standard.
A devoted husband Darryl Outen is married to his lovely wife Stephanie and together they have a blended family of six children and 10 grandchildren

Patricia Coleman

Minister

Patricia Coleman fifth child born to Gilbert and Jessie Coleman. As a child Pat always had a desire to be a nurse, so she went to the Medical School of Health Technology  where she received a degree in nursing in 1972. Pat has one daughter Keita Coleman which was her goal of putting her daughter in good schools pushed Pat even more in her profession.
Pat organized with her family and started Not Just Food Caterers. For ten years they cooked for many churches as well as Freedom, weddings and birthday parties it was enjoyable but a lot of work.
As Pat grew in the word of God she attended New Life Bible Institute and graduated with Academic Achievement, Service Award, and the President’s Award.  Pat grew up in church her whole life but coming to FBCB Church pushed Pat to want more knowledge of Jesus Christ . In that desire for more Pat  enrolled at the Priscilla Institute at Eastern College with a Certificate in Pastoral Services.
Pat then attended Full Gospel Bible Institute and received my Bachelor of Religious Art in Biblical Counseling and finished at Christian Stronghold to further her counseling skills.  Pat have also taking courses in Mental Health from NAM and have been there over twenty years now.
Pat started a mentoring program at the E. Spencer Miller School M.O.D.E.L for At Risk girls ages 9-14 in several schools in the tri-state areas faith based for over twenty years.  Now working in home health care and wanting to start a ministry Hearts of Courage to train those how to work biblically in home health care.  Pat's desire is to  just do the will and the work of the Kingdom of God.
